Legend GS front brake caliper conversion
I understand Legend Gs front twin piston calipers ( part # 45230-sp0e01 L/H & part
# 45210-sp0e01 R/H ) will bolt onto the front spindles and the 28 mm thick rotor
part # 45251-spoe00 works with the calipers. A stock Integra type R brake pad is
used with this combination. Has anyone done this swap and how effective is it
compaired to the stock brakes for `` Open Track `` lapping. These parts are available from the dealer and carry a 12/12 warranty.

I would not buy them from the dealer, much too expensive. Try finding a used set of legend calipers or 91-95 NSX calipers. Dropspeed on here did the 28mm rotor with NSX calipers for less than 450 i think.
I got my calipers from a junk yard in Arizone for $80 shipped for both calipers, brackets, bolts and brake lines (Didn't need all that but surprised they were that careful with their disassembly).
Try http://www.car-part.com that is how I found the junk yard I used. NSX calipers will be high dollar even used but I think they are still less than $450. Never priced them that seriously. I am using the Stock R rotor but will try some legend rotors for the track.

I have really liked mine. I would say the braking feel is better but it is hard to quanitfy the improvement. More even pad wear woudl be one benefit. For $80 I have no complaints.
