done with a Type R engine, stock with nitrous oxide
and some slicks if tuned up right.

What you need to do is get the car and work out a
budget, everything will fall into place after that.

I can tell you for sure what it would take to get a
Neon to run that quickly...

i was coming closer to 11's on my nitrous set up , with a little more tuning time , bigger slikcs and racing gas i coulda done it . i left off at 12.30's and took the nitrous out to run boost
