My friends friend is supposedly selling his Mugen exhaust for $500 or roughly around there because he is going FI. So i'm totally gonna spring on it when he takes it off cause I've always wanted the Mugen. I have a TRM right now and its cool but it gets too loud and I've gotten a fix it for it before. And when i do have the silencer in, it rattles, making an annoying sound. Anyways, I was wondering if the Mugen exhaust bolts directly on to the stock cat? Or do I need a new cat for the exhaust? Eventually I was planning to get a header and high flow cat. BTW what cat do you guys recommend? Thanks

 

yes the mugen exhaust will bolt up to the stock cat no problem.
