Default Bumper repair 101....

Well now that I finally got a new bumper and I can't seem to get the gold bling bling off the old one, its time for a little repair job

The problem: Bumper support bent up hitting the head light housing...

First take it all apart... You should see all the nuts that were just hanging out doing nuthing

You can see where the bumper support got shoved into the radiator front clip thingy. This is after I hammered it back.

Now add the new foam, clips, absorbers & light houseings

Why I needed new houseings. Nice fat crack and one of the tabs broke off too

I can hardly recognize the car Anus Shilling! hopefully the new bumper wont keep you from cleaning it with gas station windshield cleaners though

you know what i just noticed....... AUSDM ITR's do not come with the foam thing in the front bumper. Nothing in the rear too..... this amongst other things must account for our ITR being only 1087kg.......

cool

Hell yeah, glad to see I'm not the only one who cleans my car with gas station squeegees.

Washing your car is for ricers and car show queens.

If it's really dirty, burn the dirt off.

Damn, if only we had some bright orange we could have sprayed them when we spray painted craig's hood.. then sent them off to ya.

-Dave, who would have sprayed the high beams only..
