VTEC head gasket-GSR, Type-R, and B16 are all the same-P30 stamped on the little metal tab. Use the Type-R/B16 head studs.

Yes, all B18C and B16A/B head gaskets are the same. You do need to use either ITR or B18C studs/bolts. B16A's are too short

why would you have a b16 head on a b18 block? Oh if I were to change my head gasket on my b16 would I need to change my bolts as well/.
?
