I have a 1995 Civic CX with the 1.5L motor and i put in the ACCEL 8mm wires(only cuz i got them for a great deal at work and i needed new wires)but the problem is that the driver's side wires(sometimes both or sometimes just the far one) keep on popping out of the hole/s...they click in and all when i push them in but after about a mile i get the misfiring and pop my hood and viola wires are out... the hood blocks them from completely popping out...what could be the problem here...is it that they arent "seating" in or what...I'm lost.

Sounds to me like they just suck. Installing plug wires is not rocket science so I'm sure you're doing it right. I'd take them back.

 

Get OEM spark plug wires. Accel wires suck; as do most aftermarket spark plug wires.

We told you what it is...they suck which is why they're not sitting right. Get OEM.

 

If you want to stick with the crappy wires (not recommended), tie wrap them to the valve cover or use duct tape. OEM wires are about $45 and won't pop out, and will give your engine better performance. Your choice.
