need help can't decide on injector size & fuel pump size

need help can't decide on injector size & fuel pump size
o.k heres the deal i have a 92-95 civic vx still with stock fuel pump
and i'm using 95 ls injectors. heres my motor set up 92 b16a head
w/ crower cams skunk2 cam gears, b&m fuel pressure regulator and guage,
gsr throttle body, aem fuel rail and intake, and springs and retainer.
and the block is a 95 gsr w/ je forged pistons that make 11.5.1 w/the head
eagle h beam rods and micro polished crank.
so now if u had this set-up what brand of injectors would u run and what siz, and what size fuel pump would u run and i want it to be a intank fuel pump and what brand and i also plan to install my zex kit with a 50 shot and a v-afc too
all advice will be greatly appreciated
