Actually A25 is not a ground at all, it is a switched power. The way the O2 sensor heater circuit works, is the power comes from the chassis to the heater, and when the ECU deicdes to turn it on and off, it grounds out the circuit. It will work if you run the power from A25, but any of the black/yellow wires in the engine harness will work fine. As to the D22 O2 sensor signal ground, here's another place that you don't have to run back to the ECU, but can get a good ground at the thermostat housing.

I'm just picking up where someone left off. I haven't seen the car, but they told me that this is all it lacks. I usually work on 88-91 civics&crx's so all the eg's are new to me and I just want to get it right the first time...thank for the info, very helpful.
