98 Accord EX fuel filter
Hey all,
Cant seem to find any tech articles on the filter for a 98, pretty much everthing stops at 97. I have been told to replace the fuel filter, that you need to drop the gas tank. I find this really hard to believe that honda would create such a shitty design. Anyone have any links to pics or articles?

it's in the tank. you do NOT have to drop it though. There is an access panel in the trunk. it is kind of a PITA but it's only reccomended at like a 110k mile interval, not like some of the inline ones, so not like you would do it very often.
No links to a writeup anywhere I know of. just buy a manual, it's probably in the haynes manual. I know it's in the Helms

Thanks man...the car is just about to roll over 100k miles and is getting a bit of hesitation and rough idle. Already changed plugs and all fluids. Figure a fresh fuel filter would slap some life back into it.
