Don't use these lug nuts with the stock wheels.
Stock Honda/Acura wheels and lug nuts have an acorn (spherical) shaped seating surface. You need lug nuts with an acorn seating surface so that they seat over the entire area. These McGard spline drive lug nuts have a conical (tapered) seating surface, and should only be used with wheels that have a conical seating surface, such as most aftermarket wheels.
If you mix the types - such as using McGard lug nuts with a conical seating surface on stock Acura wheels with an acorn seating surface, they will only mate along a circle, not over an area, and you will risk the lug nuts loosening.

If you want aftermarket lugs for the stock wheels try:
Spoon (gunmetal), Gorilla and other ACORN style lug nuts.

So are the McGards(the ones that come in the wheel lock & lug nut kit) conical/tapered, ball/radius, or flat? i can't tell from the pic on their site.

You can get the Honda ones for $24.50 plus shipping and you will know that they will work. I got a friend who works the parts dept and told me that they were like normally $60. I am currently looking for locks and am considering these but even at probably $30 shipped, that is a bit much. But, again, at least you know they will work.

You would need to get ones that are specified as being for Hondas and Acuras. If they are not, they are probably conical/tapered and not recommended for stock wheels.
The wheel lock sets that are sold at Honda and Acura dealers are made by McGard and are essentially the same as their regular wheel locks, except you can be sure they have the acorn shape that you need for your OEM wheels. The $24.50 that markpaco mentioned is a great price for these. (They're normally $42.15 from A&H Motorsport.)
