No it's not true.. they flow preeeeetty much the same. There are very tiny differences at different degrees of lift that you won't notice. I don't know where the chart that shows this is though so I can't explain it any better than that.

Well.. if you used the stock B16 cams then yeah, since they're slightly less aggressive than GSR cams.
Why do you want to do this? There's absolutely NO point unless you just have a GSR block and a B16 head.

If you just toss it straight over it's definately not going too.. The B18C has a smaller combustion chamber of 41.60cc's and the B16/PR3 is 42.70cc's... Straight across you loose about .2:1 compression... I put this same setup in my friend's CRX when his B16A from hondamotorsonline went out... It feels like **** to me... Stock B16 cams suck... The head may flow better but i'll just stick with the P72 head... My friend's CRX ran 13.20@103.... When it was just a stock B16 motor with intake, 2.5" piping and MT 20x6x14 slicks it ran 13.52@101.... That's a completely stock B16 motor and the car was running full interior... So that GSR block didn't really do ****... and now it's got a cheap little header on it... I would think that just a stock GSR would run a bit faster then the B16/B18 hybrid... Mainly it's those cams tho... 1st Gen B16's suck... Latez

Ok? Well there is no point in swapping heads. Also he only has one header.

Forgot to mention.... My friend is swapping the B16 head for a Portflow GSR for his new block... B18C Golden Eagle sleeved to 85mm, JE 13.0:1 slugs, ITR rods and crank, JUN 3 cams and valvetrain, RC 370's, chipped P28 and Hondata 3... We'll see what that can do... Peace
