any R owners with 350+ whp and OEM LSD problems?
im trying to build a sleeved 2.1 crv turbo motor..
im trying to get the best deal on any parts that i can, i had planned to go with an R oem LSD in an LS tranny, but not sure if 350+ whp would cause problems for the LSD since its a lot of hp for a stock lsd, can go with quaife but its $$ im trying to save..
any opinions from aaaaaRRR's ?

The R LSD is fine with huge hp numbers. I had to insert new syncros in the tranny after this season and the LSD looks perfect (we took a lokk at at). Drove 14000 miles with 370whp. No problems to the LSD.

go with Quaife - they have warranty.

im trying to cut corners, if its not worth it then i wont, just trying to get a basis idea.

I R Quaifed up
My car's got 275 NA HP and I replaced the diff with a Quaife. It made a huge difference in traction and drivability over the stock LSD. It's perhaps the best mod per dollar I've made.
