the same thing happened when i was putting my b18c1 back together. i stripped out the number 4 oil jet. we just plugged it and went on with life. im not sure about having two of them plugged. i was told if you bore a 1.8 b18c1 to a 2.0 then you cant use the jets anyhow and that engine will run good. or look at the ls-vtec they dont have them. although on the other had if you can find another block why not get it and start fresh.

Is there any way to drill and retap to the next larger size and find/make a new bolt for the jet?

i'd drill and tap it to the next larger size and put a larger bolt in.

then you have to make a perfect hole in that new bolt or else oil wont flow through it. me and a friend are going to try this at a machine shop. ill let you know how it goes.

A machine shop should be able to measure and drill a new bolt for oil flow at the correct flow rate.
