Ok how many of you guys are rough on your car? I don't mean at the track I mean on an every day basis. Mine is my only car and and I live in the country. How many of you have done/do the following in your car.
This past week I did the following.
1. Loaded up the car at the co-op with feed for the cows.
2. Drove down many dirt roads.
3. Used it while landscaping yards to haul dirt, shovels, and bags of algae from a fountain I cleaned. Who needs a truck our hatch is pretty big.
During the summer.
1. Car gets loaded up for me and my friend backwoods fisihing spots back down in the woods via small muddy dirt roads. Fishing poles and everything fits if you know how to work it.
2. Drive it after wade fishing in marsh lands after driving down dirt backroads again. Competely soaked from head to toe.
Its also been driven in Cotton fields and other such areas such as the river bottom. It also gets parked in the grass since I live down a 1000ft dirt driveway as well.

my car is used for work. work 5 days a week and for weekends i use it to drive it to my friends house and it sits there too. lol i don't like driving my car hard. i feel like i'm hurting my baby. =p i wash it regularly too.
Honestly, you must live in a "Type R" safe area.
If I had the option to, I'd go fishing and such with the car. I'm not sure about feeding cows though ...

It seems lately my R has been the flat tire hauler, my friends gst : bent 18" racing hart, my g/f picked up a nail, my brothers S2000 has also had some bad luck, he also picked up a nail, and last week he cracked a rim=2 flats in a week.
I can understand people who don't drive their R every day if they live somewhere "unsafe", but if you live in the country like me, and don't drive it all the time you get a

I used to have a job that required me to use it everyday, the job was going around the five boroghs and installing water meters (small- 1/2- 1inch) in homes and small businesses. That job paid very well (32.40 perHr) untill I got laid off with half of the crew. It was hard on the car cause I drove about 600 miles aweek and carried about 300lbs of tools and gear.
Since then I have used the car for rec use and the occasional to work thing but other then FUN its sits in the heated Garage waiting for me.

Daily drive for me.
60-70 miles a day to work and back.
weekend any place i need to drive to it gets used. If not it is parked on the road outside my house. If I get the parking spot I like its about 3 foot from my sitting room window and that position is covered by my local pubs (2 doors down) CCTV which is nice!

I have one car, and the R is it. So wherever I go, there it is. (anybody care to take a stab at that reference?
) Mostly it's a daily driver, but it also sees occasional HPDE and autox use.
