Default 3rd gen lude turbo questions

Im turboing mine. had a few questions: where did you guys mount your intercooler? did you have to move the power steering cooler? I moved mine and used a ford oil cooler inside the fender where the washer fluid resivor used to be and made an air scoop to it. I think it should work pretty good. Also, what size intercooler pipe are you running or what would you reccommend. I already have my cooler, it has a 2 1/2 inch inlet and outlet on the end tanks. And what kind of turbo manifolds are you using. I am making a custom one. I was just curious how close your turbos were to the radiator. One last thing, what did you do about the power steering line? We all know they are prone to getting too hot because the extreme heat the turbo produces. I am planning on wrapping the line with heat tape. Do you think this will help at all? Thanks alot guys. Post pics if you got em. If you want any pics of my ride just ask. The engine is not in it right now though. My block is at golden eagle. Thanks again.

one more thing, sorry, what kind of FMU are you using? Thanks again.

I tried e-mailing tom numerous different times about many different things but never once got a response from him. I triend to buy his camber kit, and a turbo header, but no response, and this well over 6 months ago. Thanks for your help though.

Go to Preludepower.com Were having a group buy on the ludespeed turbo kits. Its by far the best prelude site. There's a ton of info on 3rd gens.

don't know if this will work or not, but may be worth looking into. for the power steering, try using the pump/pulley from a 90-93 accord. they look very similar and may bolt up with very little modification. the accord power steering line goes along the side of the motor instead of over the header. you could try getting the accord power steering line and seeing if that will make its way to the steering gear box in the prelude. something to look into. i think even if you wrap the steering line with something it will still get too hot. good luck.
