Default Toda A cams

Are stock GSR springs/retainers enough to handle these cams?

It is suggested that you upgrade to ITR Valvesprings/retainers or maybe Toda valvetrain?

as long as you keep the revs below 8200 u should be fine. but knowing that you will make power higher up, you should upgrade to toda valvesprings and portflow titanium retainers.

itr springs are only good to 8200...and there is a difference between gsr & itr springs, which means the gsr ones won't work. Just get the Toda springs . and only do springs.

They are good for 9200 RPM.
itr springs go to 9500rpm safely with titanium retianers ... the spec A lift is no big deal, the spec B is much bigger and I use Bs with ITR springs and portflow inners and ti retainers revving to 9500 ... so you'll be fine with ITR springs. GSR springs will work too just get an extra set of inners for the exhaust side, I have an extra 8 if you need ... you can use stock retainers or Ti, Ti obviously preferred and stronger.

retainers are the same from gsr to itr

a cheap way is use your gsr intake springs and put them on your exhaust then add itr intake inner/outer springs

thats it
