My car=DOHC ZC 15.28 @90.2mhp. 88 CRX Si, Ractive 4-2-1 header, stock ECU, Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch, 88dx Tranny, Apc performance intake w/no filter and piped to the bottom of the bumber. 2 1/4 custom full exaust w/Vibrant muffler,
complete interior, and over sized slicks 24.5x8x13.
Your going to be looking at about low and mid 15's N/A with simple things like i/e/h.

14.7 2g ZC I/H/E (89si Si Trans) (13' steelies)
14.6 2g ZC I/H/E (88si Si Trans) (14 rims/Stripped)

A few years ago, I also hit 13.5 with a custom turbokit I built running 7psi on my ZC as well.
