Default what off-set for 225/50/15's.

I'm going to be buying a set of kosei k1's (15x7) and a set of bfg drag radials for the track (225/50/15).what off-set would i need, in order the clear the suspension, and possibly the fenders. As of rite now i'm lowered on a set of neuspeed race springs that droped my car(5th gen civic coupe) about 2.25''.I will be getting a set of coil-overs more suited for the track so it won't always be that low.Any recomendations on springs to lower my 60' times and help get a consistant launch...i'm not looking to go all out, just something that is better then the neuspeed springs.Eventually i plan to run about 280-320whp....thanks for the info..
btw any other recomendations on tire and rim set-up....around the same price as the route i'm currently seeking......
