OT: Beaterz...
I too would be interested, I am thinking about getting something else cheap to put miles on.
Reasons:
1. Having a cheap POS as your primary car and the R as your secondary make your insurance A LOT cheaper.
2. Don't put pointless miles on the R when you don't have to.
3. Can probably find something with better gas mileage to save $$$.

I drive a 90 Subaru Loyale 4WD wagon. Great car even though it's slow as snot.
140,000 miles and the only thing I've ever had to replace was an EGR valve to pass smog.

now rockin' the black steelies all around
BTW, I almost died today. I slid right through an intersection on a patch of ice and snow...I woulda **** my pants if I was in the R. Luckily I came out unscathed
BTW II, we are supposed to get hammered with snow on Thursday...I cant wait
I has a 83 Civic for a while which was actually kinda fun to drive, in a weird way. Now I have a 90 Civic which rocks. Great gas mileage, dual point fuel injection, more power than the 83, has tons of room, and is actually kinda cool looking once you get used to it. Need to get some rust fixed on her, lower it and find some 15 inch rims to put my old Dunlop W-10 that used to be on the R.
Speaking of beaters, this is what I've been driving the last couple weeks.
I miss my ITR!
P.S. -- it's supposed to snow, for the first time in a log time, in the Washington DC area tomorrow/Thursday.
