he even had to get a kit beforehand too. i guess it is kinda silly to not use brand new tires, but then again, the same goes for hoods and bumpers.

Maybe he likes the rims and doesnt plan on changing them out.

you're from oakton eh? thats pretty close to where i live, are these pics taken at reston town center? some places look familiar.

yes I'm from oakton, but i did not take those pics, nor is that my car. I don't think those were taken anywhere near va.

I'm pretty sure he used an SLR digital camera. A friend that talked to the guy said it was a Canon EOS. ($1k-$4k). I think taking a pic like that involves a slow shutter speed (probably a couple seconds). if you look closely, you can see the shadow of the photographer and his tripod.
