I didn't see the article that you're referring to but a stock S15 silvia comes with 250hp. With a good driver it will run 13s. For more info on silvias you can go to freshalloy.com. You can find all the answers you're looking for there. Hope this helps.

Because the current hottest fad in the trendy import scene is slowly moving from hybrid hondas to hybrid Nissans, more specifically 240s with SR20 swaps. I was gonna do this as my next car but prices are going way up on SR20 motors. Poop.

I imagine the main reason they're becoming so popular is because everyone wants to be an ultra-tizzite JDM drifter y0! (the other new trend)

true the prices are going up but its still around the same price of a good honda engine isn't it? I know S13 clips usually go for about $2800.

Yes, and Honda motors are already way overpriced as it is. Not a good comparison IMO.

I wasn't trying to compare the 2, I know it sounds like I was maybe I worded it wrong. I agree with you they are overpriced and that's just because of the demand. The point I was trying to make was that for about the same price of a honda engine you can also get an s13. Just another option.
