I G-Teched my car for the first time over the weekend. The run wasn't anywhere near perfect but I was kinda shocked at the results. Tire spin through first gear and I pulled a 15.5 @ 95.9mph! That mph seems WAY high. Anyone use these things before?

 

I have. they work really well for before and after testing when you get a new mod, to see any HP difference.

 

i think they're a bit hard to use since you need a long stretch of straight/flat road... going slightly left/right or uphill/downhill is going to affect measurements... and calculating the exact weight of the car is preventing me from using the horsepower measurement...

 

is it acurate for 1/4 mile times?

 

From my experience G-tech doesn't work worth a ****, I G-teched my car at a 17.1 and my friend G-teched his car at a 16.2. The funny thing is I whip the **** out of his car. So something is wrong.

g-tech ******* sucks. Goto a track. 95 is a high 14 second trap speed.
