camber and wheel hop? what about suspension?
this past season, i've been plagued with horrible wheel hop.. my camber isn't perfect nor is it totally off, but i think it might be contributing to the dam wheel hop..
i've even gone as far as fabricating traction bars, which helped out a bit as well, but the hop was still there, just not as severe.. i was also thinking about installing some poly inserts for the lower a-arms up front where the forks bolt up to in order to help lessen or eliminate the hop.. suspension wise, i'm running tokico blues w/ the ordinary drop springs... i'm also considering getting a new suspension since i also suspect it also being a culprit also.. what's a good setup to consider??
i hope to get the problem resolved before next year so i can see what my current setup is capable of..
any input is Greatly appreciated..

i have the same problem
i have the sportlines and tokico blues and i get a ton of wheel hop with my khumo 712s
i think its my camber and ghetto tokicos
gotta fix wheel hop
it sucks

probably because you're not getting complete tire contact w/ the ground and thus not optimal traction..
and plus, that's why i'm askin...
as for my mounts.. i've actually have the poly rear motor mount inserts installed..

cheap but effective mod. the rtv was free from work, and it only took me 45 min to do....i believe the main culprit of wheel hop lies in the shocks (worn) and motor mounts....At least in my experience.....
