Get a b18c1 and basic bolt ons and a pair of slicks.... you'll be 13's with ease if u know how to drive.
Screw paying 1200 for a turbo kit and 2100 for a built d16z6 just to run 13's... thats just stupid.. U can do the b18c and later down the road slap a turbo kit on that and if properly tuned and built right you can do 9's - 10's -11's ......

This was on slicks I assume. props.Me, 12.9 with a 3250lb (driver and car) car. Few bolt-ons/electronics, stock tires.
No 1/4 time, but my 1/8 mile time should put me under 13 sec.
