I sold you basicly the best hatchback available to do a swap in, its pre wired for vtec, b-series motors bolt right in...
Get a b18c1 and basic bolt ons and a pair of slicks.... you'll be 13's with ease if u know how to drive.
Screw paying 1200 for a turbo kit and 2100 for a built d16z6 just to run 13's... thats just stupid.. U can do the b18c and later down the road slap a turbo kit on that and if properly tuned and built right you can do 9's - 10's -11's ......

with just the LS swap in my 92 civic I ran 14.2 all day

I built my own turbo kit...I could get mid 12's all day long and miss shifts at that!

 

I ran 12.61@110 w/ gsr block
B16 head, stock header,stock cams,
stock block, intake and exhaust & 80 shot NOS
92 civic HB full interior

 

that was my exact set up 2 years ago

 

12.8 with a 2800lb integra

1.8l engine with ctr pistons and jun3 cams

 

This was on slicks I assume. props.


Me, 12.9 with a 3250lb (driver and car) car. Few bolt-ons/electronics, stock tires.

 

No 1/4 time, but my 1/8 mile time should put me under 13 sec.

8.20 @ 88mph
