My pioneer 12 CDs changer isn't working

what can be the problem??

What exactly is not working on it? Does it power up? Not change discs.. might be able to help out with more info

try the reset the button.. most changers have one somewhere either on the display or on the unit itsself.. hold it down for a couple sec and try it agian

but my deck just doesn't go to the multi-CDs section

its a little pinhole almost.. looks like a screw might go into it and its a little button.. press it w/ something.. also try resetting the headunit as well.. or look online at pioneerelectronics.com for the owners manual to find the reset button.. but your problem sounds like it needs to be reset

Just unplug it for a few seconds and plug it back in, if that doesn't work, disconnect your battery for a few seconds, then try it.

okay
i tried everything

i disconnected my batter for a few seconds, it still did nothing

i disconnected my CD changer and plug it back it, still nothing

i pressed the Cd changer reset button... still nothing...

what should be done next???

if you take your faceplate off there will be a small pin sized hole below the cd slot....

I've had some troubles with my pioneer changer before turned out that the cartridge was damaged and not allowing the changer to scroll through the cds. It would give me error 60 or error 70 codes..
