I have a white Four door 94 civic and it came with black side moldings which really bother me, does anyone know how to take it off so that i can paint it white? Thanks!

open your door, There is one 10mm bolt where the side molding ends on the door. Then remove your door panel, and squeez the clips, your going to need to pull the molding at the same time cause there is a little glue strip also holding it on.

Good Luck!

Take off the fender to get to the clips.... You seriously don't like the moldings??? I personally don't like moldings either.... but i hate shaved moldings... If i had stock moldings i would first take them off but if i had to leave them, then i would leave them black.... Just my opinion... JDM

Ones on door:
Your gonna have to remove the door cards, if its anything like a 98 civic hatch, then it basically clips thats holding them on. I found it easiest to pull it from nearest where it joins the car first! Your also gonna have to take off the window winder (if you've got one) simple point it to the ground, push the door card inwards ad you'll see a clip. Its fairly fidgety to get to, but just pull the clip off, then pull the winder off. Your door card should now come off.
The do as the guy sad above, press the clips in, and pull from the outside!
This should get your door ones off.

Front Fenders:
Ok, this is held on by about 9-10 10mm screws. There around the top, inside the fender, and at the side where it eets the door. There may be others dotted around too! Once this is off, do the same as with the door. Press the clips in and off it will come! There is no sticky bit to hold this bit on.

Rear bits!:
Ok, not had to remove them from this bit, so I'm not 100% certain! But I would say remove any bolts holding that part on. Ad it should be the same as with the front. I know there isnt any stciky stuff holding this on either!

Sorry for this being a bit rushed! I was trying to get everything in it before I had to go!!

Hope it helps though!

Yeah the door panels are a bitch! there is a little metal clip behind the window roller upper thingy. It looks like an "OMEGA" symbol. you need to pop that off to remove the roller upper thingy. Just use a flat head screw driver. The unscrew all the plastic pieces (door handel cup, etc..) get your flat head screw driver and slide it between the door panel and the door on the bottom. pop the door panel off there first, then work your way up. You will hear a loud pop every time a clip pops off, It will sounds bad bt is not doing any damage once the door panel is loose push upfrom the bottom, and it should pop right off the top.

Yeah, I forgot about the two screws! Opps!
On mine they were in the recess where the lock/handle are!
And also in the cut out in the arm rest, if that makes any sense!
