Default wats the rev range on 94 jdm h22a

i did engine transplant in my 92 accord but my revs cuts out at 6500 rpm....how can i fix this prob.....is it a fuel cut or rev cut???? auto to manual conversion

Sounds like your VTEC isn't working. I believe that is the fuel-cut for the low-cam.

do you have any cel's? check your oil. if the oil pressure is too low vtec wont engage. the car also has to be warmed up for it to work. who did your swap? did you reverse the wire it says to? im not sure which 2 but it needs to be done in the accords...check out http://www.h22a.org

your car's wiring harness isnt VTEC compatible. did you wire up the new VTEC solenoid and are you using a compatible H22 ecu?

im using h22a wiring loom and ecu all wiring a correct oil pressure is good..got a new vtec solonoid,oil pressure swicth,knock sensor, oil pressure sensor and o2 sensor compression is 195......don't know y rev cut so early...can it be that cat??

you would know if you had it. it would switch over at about 5400, and you can tell the difference even by ear

did you let the motor warm up before trying a WOT run? When the motor isn't warmed up to a certain temp., you're not able to take it pass 6500rpm.

Look on the ECU and tell us what numbers do you see.

Don't mistaken VTEC for the IAB's.
