Well if it is a stock ECU, then you running rich is caused by something that needs to be fixed. In my manual for the Air/fuel ratio meter it says that if you notice that you are always running richer than normal, it could be your O2 sensor that is sending the ecu the wrong signal and makin it run rich. All 02 sensors go out over time. How many miles on you 02 sensor???

you cant determine if your car is running too rich. if you havent added anything or tampered with the fuel system then you shouldnt have a problem. get a fuel pressure guage and hook it up to your fuel line to test to make sure your fuel pressure is running at specs.

What bar is it? All the way rich? Does it bounce around at all or stay there?

Check the 02 wire connection, and also the power/ground.

You hooked your O2 sensor back up now? Try resetting the ECU then.
