Ok, cam holders supposed to be torqed to 7.2ft/lbs, but..
my craftsman torque wrench goes 7.0, 7.5. What should I crank them down to. I was thinking of setting them @ 7.0 and then putting the wrench to 7.5 and giving a light crank before the wrench lets go. However, if i did that, some could be 7.1, 7.3, 7.4,etc. Which is the lesser of two evils, very slightly loose @ 7.0, or very slightly too tight @ 7.5. Or does the .2 really matter? Thanks.

I would torque it to 7.0 then. And retorque after some miles. I never recommend over torque. However .25 over isn't much at all.
Agree. .2 is nothing to break a sweat over. Your torque wrench's measurement uncertainty is probably greater than that anyway.
