Try cars.com
Put "Type R" in the advanced search, and use "match phrase" for the option setting.

I paid 16.5k for my 98 with 48,000 miles. It takes patience and a lot of searching to find a good one. When i found mine, it was near mint being bone stock also. Took a one way plane ticket to alabama from ohio to get it, and drove 750 miles back. I love the car to death!
