I have everything working all except the fact that I cannot trigger it by remote. I have hooked up a 30Amp Relay so I know it has enough power. From what I gather the problem is either these remotes aren't programmed right (yet keyless entry works perfect), or there transmitter/reciever is broke and will not send a signal. Anyone have any ideas. I think my stupid Remote Start came missing several pages of instructions or something because one part says go to page 5 but I only have 1 piece of paper!

 

What type of alarm and remote starter? Are you getting any ouput on the channel wire?

 

It's an Autoloc with Autoloc Remote Start. I had to program the remotes for the keyless but I think that was from the reciever. I think my stupid thing lacks the full book of instructions.

 

are you sure you used the correct channel output wire? in some cases if you use the wrong one you have to hold it for a certian amout of time(seconds) or hold 2 buttons together. read your manual and check the wires.

 

Ahhh I held down the unlock button for a while and the car started itself. How bizarre.
