The front shocks will but the rear shocks will not. The front shocks will not have mounting bracket for the brake lines, you will have to zip tie them out of the way.
EDIT: you can sand/grind/cut the rubber bushings down on the hatches LCAs to make the correct width for the 99 rear shocks. The rear shock has a narrower mounting bracket and will not fit the "eg" LCAs without modification.
