n1 with racing medallion?

n1 with racing medallion?
will this work? i have a tanabe racing medallion on my 1999 gsr and i want to change out the axle back to the n1 does any one know if this will be a direct bolt or will i need some type of modification to fit the apexi n1 to my tanabe piping? please help thanks 
i think it should, arent the piping sizes the same?
