the spokes on the mr5 dont flare in at all like on the tenzo

MR5 doesnt have 8 bolt holes....dumbass tenzo....

 

the 8 holes make it look ******* nasty...

ever notice as soon as someone comes out with a Knockoff wheel everyone and there mom gets it? soon everyone will be rocking these ugly assMR5 wannabe wheels that are nowhere near what they should look like as far as the orginals.

personally i think they look like ***. to many bolt holes, and flares are all wrong.

 

omg. thats nasty. even if it only had 4 holes, i would never roll on those. i have real mr5's...you cant duplicate the real thing.

and, how do you know they weren't trying to make an original design? just cause it LOOKS like an MR5 does it mean it's a knock off?

i do agree about the 8 bolt pattern. but if it had 4, it wouldn't look that bad..

oh, btw, Mugen doesn't make wheels.

 

 

they put all the holes there so it would fit more than 1 type of hub.

DUDE! how come your mr5's look so clean. mine look dirty...like tarnish just from age. did you gets yours repainted or sanded or anything like that? let me know. i want my mr5's to look clean like that, but i really dont want to paint them. thanx a lot.

no, the ugliest wheels mugen ever came out with is the model which looks like a heatsink.. i'm sure mugen ***** here can post a picture of it for those of you who don't know what i'm talking about..

 

the reason why tenzo made it look that way is because if they were to make an exact copy of it, then it would constitute a copyright infringment(sp?)....they needed to change a couple of things like the lug holes and the flares...all knockoff companies do this just so that they can stay in the game....hth

people have different tastes but i think the mugen MR5's look really nice IMO!

 

Sorry, you can't copyright a wheel, any more than you can copyright a fender. You can only copyright intellectual property like books, music, movies, etc. They added the extra holes to make the wheels universal, instead of having two different models which costs more.

 

the fake ones look nasty. But I dont really even like the real ones that much. Whatever you like...
