Has anyones antenna ever been stuck from the cold weather? What should I do to get it working again. I hear the motor running when I turn the radio on and off. But I cant push it down either. Thanks!

 

The cable dealy that raises the antenna up and down can break, and then I believe you need to buy a new antenna I would think. The antenna on my Jeep sticks all the time, I just spray it down with WD-40 wipe off the excess, and it usually goes right back down.

don't know how to help you, but an alternative is an s2000 antenna.

 

Replace it.

 

Since it started getting pretty cold here in Colorado my antenna sticks too. It's only in the morning when it's really cold. I just turn on the radio and after a few minutes of driving the antenna goes up just fine. I assume there is a way to "lube" it, maybe the WD40 idea would suffice??
