Default Posting Pics, no flaming please don't bother

I just got a new digital camera today and took a pic of my car.
I loaded it on to the computer.
Now how do i post it. I have it saved in my documents.
I am not the greatest at computers so any help will be very appreciated.
I did search but nothing which could help.

you have to load it onto a website

ie. http://www.imagestation.com
ie http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com

then you have to link from there.
you cant just directly upload onto HT

upload to imagestation then right click on picture go to properties and put the url in between this.. [IMG][/IMG]
