Default Can someone help me "Spade" maybe you can help me out

Well my car '97 HX D16Y5' is still running like **** so I replaced the 5 wire o2 sensor that didn't fix my problem so I replaced the plugs and the wires the ignition coil, rotor, cap and it still missfires throughout the entire rpm range and no codes i've had diagnostics done and they said that it lopes and retards the timing because its running rich then lean and back and forth but we couldnt figure out wtf is wrong
this all happened after i installed a EX headder on my car

Anyone know what else it could be ?
