Will a short shifter work with the Apexi N1 exhaust?
I have a ITR with the Apexi N1 exhaust and after looking underneath the car there is about an inch clearance between the bottom of the shifter and the exhaust. This is with the stock shifter too. I was thinking of getting a short shifter, probably skunk2 but I don't know now because of the tight clearance already. Do any of you guys have any problems with Apexi N1 and short shifter combination?
works like a charm, but with stock better careful with rain, snow and colder temperature u will get stuck in gear happen to me..

I had a problem with mine!! I have the N1 exhaust with a Solo short shifter. The shifter hangs so low it rubs the two hangers on the exhaust right below. It made hella noise on the highway. I had to hold the shifter everytime I would drive so it wouldn't make noise. I fixed it just by grinding the two hangers down a little. Problem solved. I suggest putting it in and driving it around city and highway to see if it makes noise. If it does just grind the hangers like I did and that will fix it.

where can i get the stuffed tein doll in your avatar IM me if you know sorry to not answer your question. But i dont gots no answer for you or else i would help out.
No that would not work. It wasn't hitting that part of the hanger. It was hitting the section that was welded to the pipe, so the only solution was to grind it down. There was nothing to bend.
