this is the situation
on a b18c1 with stock chip at 4500ish you can hear a small vtec transition and at 5500ish you can hear the secondaries open up.

with this chipped ecu running vision program (never heard of it before) at 4500ish you can't even hear vtec transition but at 5500ish when the secondaries open up its way more audible and top end pulls quite a bit harder.


so to sum it up
stock chip 4500 vtec 5500 secondaries
chipped ecu 4500 nothing 5500 very audible transition

midrange seems to be very similar to stock maybe a little lower.

bunk ecu?

 

secondaries are open at all times, vtec changesat about 5500rpm thats all you hear.

 

i think i'm running a chip for single runner intake manifold.
thats why i'm not hearing transition at 4500
i think its set for 5500ish

what ecu is the chip in? also the secondaries shouldnt always be open unless there set that way. also of course its going to feel different with those other chips, its the same way with my rommies old setup when he changed fromt he mugen to the vision chip or even the skunk
