Energy suspension bushings help.. mount inserts..
Got the mount inserts in the mail today, and was just wondering how they go in. I think I know, but i just want to make sure. Do you just like take the mount off and like put the bushings ont he sides of them or what? thats how I would figure they would go on. I dont think you need to have anything pressed in or nothing. Anyway just a little helpful hints or something. Thanks.

Yes, you just take the mount off completely, and slide the bushings inside the stock mounts. Prepare for a rattly dash

Yes, you are correct about how to install them. It does cause a little more shaking but it also help reduce wheel hop.
yea well there for a freind, on his bell housing, its cracked so theres no where for a front mount, so were just trying to stiffen the motor up a bit. So he bought these. Hes gonna get a bell housing and were just gonna swap it on in a few weeks, but i figure HCP mounts use energy suspsension and there stiff so why not you know.. lol
