i know an electronic store in torrance that carries all kinds of relays. maybe you can give them a try. it is called torrance electronics.
The USDM's don't work? I did my JDM's and got the 5-pin relay from Majestic Honda ( http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com )

You can always go to a junk yard to find the relay you want for cheap. I recently installed a trunk popper on mine and phoned all over the place looking for a pig-tail (the thing the relay plugs into) and no one (not even Honda) could sell me one. I went to the junk yard and they had lots there. I saw lots of relays there too.
go to circuit city or best buy, grab a relay, and if it doesn't match the existing plug prong for prong just make your own wiring harness. I did that for my USDM foglights
