Default OBD1/OBD2 Differences?

Power-wise......Do you think there is a significant power difference from switching from OBD2 to ODB1? I realize that OBD2 is more strict on emmissions.....but that can only be when your car is cruizing or idling.......it still has to provide a racy fuel curve upon exceleration.....so what do you think?

Long term fuel trim can still affect WOT settings. On a stock engine...no difference. On a heavily modified engine...there should be a good difference.
