I was wondering if anyone has performed an engine swap in an earlier generation accord or if its even possible. I'll be pickin up a 84 coupe thats in awesome shape and would love to tinker with it a little.

Particular why u picking an 84 other than the awsome shape?

 

i'm sure you could fit something in there. hell, this dude has a real old school civic and got a B20 block in the engine bay: http://hcoc.2u.com.my/2gen.htm Something is bound to fit under your 2G Accord's hood.

 

Price, The condition of the car, and the need for a "winter beater" And call me crazy but i like the looks.
