94 and up B series trani bolt to 90-93 B18A
the tranny will bolt in just fine, however its not going to work. 90-93 tegs have cable activated clutches. the 94+ tegs are hydraulic. Go get yourself a 90-93 cable tranny.
yes, the hydro tranny can be made to fit (they were even making a cablt to hydro converter for awhile). But why would you want to do that? hydro trannies cost more to begin with, and then if you still have to buy a converter (since its not being made anymore you'd have to fabricate your own). overall a hydro tranny in a G2 is just a bad idea, lots of extra $$ spent on a tranny that isn't any better.
