Default Which setup would yield the fastest quarter mile time?

Ok would a 95 civic cx hatch with: 00b16a,skunk2 stage 2 cams and valvetrain, aem cam gears,v-afc,fpr,aem short ram intake,dc headers 4-1,tanabe racing medallion,vx wheels. Or a 95 civic si hatch with: 00 b18c1,type-r cams, str cam gears, v-afc,fpr,iceman cai,dc sports 4-1 headers apex-i n-1 exhaust,skunk2 intake manifold,00 itr tranny,hx wheels. Both setups were tuned on a dyno.

Thanks

i say the si it has more torque from the 1.8 plus the better gearing than the stock c1 trans. The cx has the cams but still stock compression.
