Ex 4th gen?????

Are these vtec?? if so can i use like the head and ecu

The 4g ex comes with the d16a6 which is the same sohc non-vtec engine that comes in the 88-91 civic/crx Si.

vtec was not introduced on the civic until '92 Si & EX
