What are you looking for? How much power? You plan to street/drag/track/auto-x?

I am only going for street, occasional track, and as much power sa i can get.

 

How much money do you have to spend?

Nice - go for TODA, Hytech or SMSP - do a search on these headers and you will find good info on them. B.T.W. - Toda requires a 2.5" test-pipe or hi-flow cat, as well as the Hytech. I belive the SMSP eliminates the cat all together (not street legal)

In case the question comes up.... Comparison of Mugen 4-2-1 and stock USDM ITR header. The stock cat will not work with headers that have a 2.5" collector.

I don't think the SMSP header eliminates the cat - and could be street legal

 

stock header is the only way to go!!!

Get a JDM 4-1. Made the same power as my Toda but less $. Benefits of the Toda for me was a better a/f ratio and the ability to lower the vtec below 5300 without a bog. This is with Skunk stage 1 cams btw.
