go to http://www.jdmspecperf.com. they have s-afc's for 285 shipped new. i found that awhile ago but i'm still looking around.

They are very hard to find used...
I looked around forever and finally found one in brand new condition, complete with box and all manuals, for 266 US shipped....
Not a bad price, I guess. I'm sure I could have found one cheaper if I waited around even longer, but I was sick of waiting.
