want to turbo by spring?

I want to turbo by spring and have the money. My question is, what should I do to prepare the enging and car before the turbo goes in?

Basic maintenance and a compression test. I think there's also been previous threads like this in the past, so try a search.

should i sleeve the engine or just leave it stock internals?

I would go ahead and sleeve it if your planning on runnning high amounts of boost.
