Default fuse question about the car horn

94 civic dx

recently my horn stopped working and i checked the fuse located in the engine bay and it was fine. i also checked to see if the horn was unplugged or anything.
i dont have the little panel guide for the fuses under the steering wheel. also, the dome light stopped working around the same time the horn did. is there a fuse under the steering wheel that links both of these together?

one more thing, the guys at the shop just did my alignment and they had to unbolt the steering wheel. before i start taking **** apart, is there a plug that links to the steering wheel to the horn inside the car? TIA

check your ground in the steering. If that doesnt work, check the horn itself with direct wires from the battery.
